Process & Costs
Areas of Focus
Psychotherapy is a highly individual healing process. You as the client determine the core focus areas and themes of our work.
The following list is therefore by no means exhaustive; it merely represents a small selection of what I can treat as a Psychotherapeutin in Fachausbildung unter Lehrsupervision (Psychotherapist in advanced clinical training under academic supervision).
- Stress & Burnout
- Anxiety & Panic attacks
- ADHS
- Depression
- Grief, Loss & Chronic Illness
- Psychosomatic issues
- Behavioral addictions (z.B. Gaming, Gambling, shopping addiction,)
- Borderline Personality Disorder
Initial Consultation
A key foundation for the success of psychotherapy is a strong therapeutic relationship between client and therapist. In the professional field, this therapeutic fit is considered one of the most important factors contributing to meaningful change.
- Your current concerns and goals
- Questions about the process and the therapeutic approach.
- The decision about whether to continue working together in further sessions.
Frequency & Duration
A session lasts 50 minutes. The frequency of sessions is based on your individual needs and concerns. As a rule, weekly or biweekly sessions have proven effective at the beginning in order to establish a good therapeutic process. Later on, the intervals can be adjusted flexibly depending on the progress of therapy. The overall duration of therapy depends entirely on your individual goals.
Costs & settings
Overview of fees
- Individual therapy: 80 € (50 Min.)

Important note on professional status
As a psychotherapist in advanced training under supervision, I offer therapeutic support in line with current scientific standards, accompanied by close supervision from experienced clinical supervisors.
Please note that, in this status, partial reimbursement by statutory health insurance is not possible. This has already been taken into account in the stated fee.
Reduced social rates
It is important to me to make psychotherapy accessible. Therefore, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee places for people in financially difficult situations (e.g. students or low-income individuals). Please feel free to ask about current availability during the initial consultation.
Confidentiality
Everything discussed in a psychotherapeutic session is subject to strict, legally mandated confidentiality (§ 45 Psychotherapy Act (PThG 2024)). This duty of confidentiality is one of the core professional obligations and applies to all individuals and institutions, including family members, public authorities, and courts.
“The duty of confidentiality for psychotherapists is therefore significantly stricter than, for example, that of physicians.”

Cancellation policy
As I reserve the time exclusively for you, cancellations or rescheduling are possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. For cancellations made at shorter notice or in case of non-attendance, I unfortunately have to charge the session fee, as the time slot cannot be reallocated on such short notice. Thank you for your understanding that this policy provides planning security for both sides.
