What can psychotherapy achieve?
Psychotherapy is a joint processin which a therapist and their client creates space for relief and change together.
I help you identify stuck patterns and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Together we work on:
- Gaining clarity in stressful life situations or crises.
- Activating your own resources, in order to cope with psychological symptoms such as exhaustion, anxiety or depression.
- Making relationships more vibrant and realigning communication.
- Strengthening self-esteem and resilience, in order to face the challenges of everyday life with more composure.
